Sadler families!

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am thrilled to begin another incredible year together as we continue to grow, learn, and thrive as one Sadler family. Our theme this year is “The Future Grows Here,” a powerful reminder that every day at Sadler is an opportunity to nurture the potential within each other and every child!

At Sadler Elementary, excellence is our only option. Whether it’s in academics, character, or community, we are committed to providing a magical, meaningful learning environment where students feel seen, supported, and challenged. From the very first bell to the final celebration, our dedicated staff will be giving 110% to ensure that every student grows and flourishes.

This year, we will continue to build on our strong foundation with a focus on student achievement, family partnerships, and a campus culture rooted in joy, collaboration, and Mustang pride. We are so excited to welcome back our returning families and extend a warm Sadler welcome to those joining us for the first time.

I’m excited to share that I will be welcoming a new addition to my family and will be on maternity leave from July through September. In the meantime, I know our school will be in wonderful hands! Please join me in welcoming Mrs. Cassandra Trotman, who will serve as Acting Principal during my leave. Mrs. Trotman is thrilled to join the Sadler community and is eager to continue our work of fostering excellence, connection, and growth for all Mustangs!

Here’s to a year of growth, greatness, and unforgettable moments. We are Sadler, and the future grows here.

With love,

Rachel Mott
